How we're performing

We want to be open about how we’re performing and what we’re doing to improve our services. This page brings together information about Sanctuary’s performance, including how we’re regulated, what customers tell us, how we handle complaints, and the reports and updates we publish.

How we're regulated

We're regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. You can read our latest regulatory judgement, which explains how we're meeting the standards set for social housing providers.

Our reports and reviews

Our reports explain how we’re performing, the progress we’ve made and our plans for the future. They cover our priorities, finances, environmental impact, and how we’re making sure our homes and services remain sustainable.

Read our Annual Report and Financial Statements to learn about our overall performance. You can also read our Sustainability Report to find out how we're reducing our impact on the environment.

Complaints and learning from feedback

We know we don’t always get things right. When that happens, we want to put things right.

Our Complaints page explains how to make a complaint, what you can expect from us, and how we handle complaints in line with the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code.

We also share what we’ve learned from complaints and feedback, and the improvements we’ve made as a result. You can read more on our Learning from when we get it wrong page, including our Complaints Insight Report and the actions we’re taking to improve our services.

Service standards and inspections

You can help shape our services by taking part in estate inspections

Estate inspections help us check that neighbourhoods and communal areas are clean, safe and well maintained. They also give you the chance to tell us what’s working well and where improvements are needed.

Find out more about estate inspections and how to get involved.
