Each year, we review and update information about our rent charges.
This includes:
- How maximum rents are set for different types of homes.
- The different types of rent we use, including affordable rent, fair rent, shared ownership and social rent.
- Information that may help explain how some rents are calculated, such as Local Housing Allowance rates and the register of fair rents.
