We’ve now reported our Operational Carbon Footprint for the fifth year in our Annual Report, in addition to publishing our Extended Carbon Footprint for the fourth year too. Highway works will start in Laindon later this month marking a major milestone in the town centre regeneration being delivered by Sanctuary.

The last 12 months have seen the Group successfully navigate through recent macro-economic challenges and achieve a sound financial performance, while delivering record levels of reinvestment in homes for the second consecutive year for the benefit of customers.

We’re proud to have delivered 24 much-needed new affordable homes for local people in March, Cambridgeshire. The new Kingswood Park development, in Kingswood Road, features a mixture of two and three-bedroom homes for affordable rent.
