Highway works will start in Laindon later this month marking a major milestone in the town centre regeneration being delivered by Sanctuary.

Sanctuary is pleased to share its financial results for 2023/2024. The last 12 months have seen the Group successfully navigate through recent macro-economic challenges and achieve a sound financial performance, while delivering record levels of reinvestment in homes for the second consecutive year for the benefit of customers.

We’re proud to have delivered 24 much-needed new affordable homes for local people in March, Cambridgeshire. The new Kingswood Park development, in Kingswood Road, features a mixture of two and three-bedroom homes for affordable rent.
