A group of our customers has received training to help us deliver a high-quality complaint handling system that keeps the customer at the centre of the process.
The customers, from England and Scotland, all have personal experience of submitting a complaint. They will use this, along with their quality assurance training, to hold us to account for how we respond to complaints in the future.
These customers will help us continue to learn, grow and make things better for all our customers. Watch our video to find out the reasons they've chosen to get involved.
