How our customers help shape our services
Listening to you helps us understand what it’s like to live in our homes and communities. It also helps us learn what matters to you and where we can improve.
Through our Stronger Together Resident Engagement Strategy, we give customers opportunities to share their views and experiences. Your feedback helps shape our decisions and the services we provide.
You can get involved in different ways, from sharing feedback to joining a resident group or panel:
- Resident Advisory Panel (RAP) - helps ensure the customer voice is considered in discussions about our services and priorities.
- Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP) - works with us to review services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communities of Interest - bringing together people with shared experiences or interests to discuss issues that matter to them.
