Fair Rents
The maximum weekly rent of a Fair Rent property is based on the registered rent set by the Valuation Office Agency, and can be found here: Check the register of fair rents - GOV.UK
Shared Ownership Rents
The maximum rent of a Shared Ownership property is based on the lease and any additional share purchased thereafter.
Social Rents
The maximum weekly rent of a Social Rent property is based on the number of bedrooms, as follows:
