By joining one of our customer panels, you can share your views and help us make better decisions.
We’re looking for residents from across Sanctuary who want to get involved and work with us to make a positive difference.
You might want to look at how services are working, help us plan for the future or tell us what you think we need to understand. However you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.
Two ways you can help us improve
Resident Advisory Panel (RAP)
The Resident Advisory Panel works with senior leaders at Sanctuary. It helps us make sure your views are heard early, before important decisions are made.
As a panel member, you’ll:
- Share your ideas and experiences on important topic
- Help shape future plans
- Work with senior leaders
- Make sure residents are part of important conversations
This panel may suit you if you enjoy thinking about the bigger picture and want to help shape our future direction.
Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP)
The Resident Scrutiny Panel looks closely at how services are working. It helps us understand what could be better and what practical changes we could make.
As a panel member, you’ll:
- Look at services from your point of view
- Explore how services are performing
- Suggest ways to make services better
- Help us stay focused on making services better
This panel may suit you if you like asking questions and helping us find practical ways to improve.
What you’ll get from being involved

- Meet and work with other residents
- Access learning and development opportunities
- Have agreed costs covered, including travel and broadband
Who can apply?
We want to hear from residents with a wide range of experiences and views.
You don’t need any previous experience. What matters most is that you’re willing to share your views and help make things better.
You can apply if you’re a tenant or homeowner with Sanctuary in England or Scotland, or a resident of Sanctuary Supported Living.
