If you live in a home in England or Scotland that’s connected to a heat network – for example, a building with communal heating – you may be able to get extra support by joining our Priority Services Register.
This register is here for residents who may need additional help due to health needs, accessibility challenges, or changes in personal circumstances.
We use the information you share to make sure the support we provide is tailored to your needs. You can find out more about how we handle your data in our privacy statement.
