We’re making it easier for tenants to access information about their home and the services they receive.

If you rent a Sanctuary home in England, the new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) give you clearer access to information about how we manage our social housing. It requires us to publish information through a new Publication Scheme and, from April 2027, provide a way for tenants to request information.

Publication Scheme – from 1 October 2026

The first part of STAIRs is now in place. The Publication Scheme brings together a range of information about how we manage our social housing, helping tenants understand how decisions are made, how services are delivered and how we're performing.

Information requests – from 1 April 2027

From 1 April 2027, tenants will also be able to request information about their tenancy and the management of social housing that is not included in the Publication Scheme. We’ll share more details closer to the date, including how to ask for information and what types of information you can request.

We’re committed to being open and transparent, and to making it easier for tenants to access information about the services we provide.
