Sanctuary
Sanctuary has been awarded Gold status by the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The scheme recognises organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the Armed Forces community.
Sanctuary is a long-standing supporter of the Armed Forces family, having signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2017 and held Silver accreditation under the Employer Recognition Scheme since 2023.
The Gold award is the highest accreditation available and is reserved for organisations that go above and beyond in their support of the Armed Forces community.
It recognises the ongoing support Sanctuary provides for veterans and their families through housing, employment and volunteering.
