Sanctuary appoints new Chief Customer Officer

Kathryn Fox-Rogers has been appointed as Sanctuary’s Chief Customer Officer, taking over from Lizzie Hieron, who will be leaving Sanctuary later this year.

Kathryn already works at Sanctuary as Director of Housing and Customer Services, so she knows our services and the work already underway to listen to customers and improve. She brings strong customer focus, senior leadership experience and a clear understanding of the priorities ahead.

Kathryn said: “I’m really pleased to be taking on this role. Listening to customers and acting on what we hear is one of the most important things we can do. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues and customers to keep improving the services people rely on.”
