Image Safeguarding Everybody has the right to be safe no matter who they are or what their circumstances. Image Parking/Permits Residents' parking permits are valid for 12 months. If you are a private resident and not a customer of Sanctuary Housing, you can still apply for a resident permit. Image Estate Inspections Estate Inspections are carried out by a Housing Officer, sometimes accompanied by other teams. Image Bulky waste and fly tipping Bulky waste is essentially things that are too large or ‘bulky’, or awkward for normal rubbish collection. Image Community Trigger As a landlord, we have a responsibility to make sure that all residents are able to enjoy their home and neighbourhood peacefully and without experiencing anti-social behaviour. Image Empty or Abandoned properties Homes become empty for a number of reasons. A home that is left empty may cause problems if it is left unattended and not secure.
