If you are a private resident and not a customer of Sanctuary Housing, you can still apply for a resident permit. Image Community Trigger As a landlord, we have a responsibility to make sure that all residents are able to enjoy their home and neighbourhood peacefully and without experiencing anti-social behaviour.
