Cynthia lives in North East London and has been a Sanctuary resident since February 2023.
"I was invited to join the RAP after taking part in a Quality Assurance meeting and training to help Sanctuary review their complaint handling. It's interesting to understand how certain processes work, and I thought it would be good to support the team strategically, considering the big picture.
I moved from Brazil to the UK in 2011 and, since then, have always been interested in community integration, diversity and improvement. I'm a stronger believer that teamwork is the best way to enhance quality of life, and everybody must do what they can to help, anywhere. My background in Journalism and Marketing certainly facilitates communication, and I hope my collaboration can help make a difference in people's living standards now and in the future."
