We are developing our first Vivant Care home in Dartmouth. The 63-bed home state-of-the-art home is designed to provide exceptional residential care in a setting that promotes independence, well-being, and extraordinary living.
About the project
Bayards Court is our first Vivant Care home. As well as stunning bedrooms, the home will offer beautiful outdoor spaces and landscaped gardens, superior dining experiences and stylish communal spaces which are perfect to host friends and family.
Located within the Little Cotton Farm estate, the building of the home has supported more than 100 construction jobs through the build. Set to open in Spring 2026, the home will create around 80 permanent jobs, spanning care, hospitality, and administrative positions, reinforcing Vivant Care’s commitment to investing in the Dartmouth community.
A significant milestone was reach in the project in April 2025, with a topping-out ceremony to mark the building as fully watertight. The event, attended by senior stakeholders, as well as the project and construction teams, culminated in the signing of the final roof tile, marking the completion of the building’s highest point.
