Pinnacle Affordable Homes (part of the Pinnacle Group) recently joined Hyde Group, strengthening their ability to deliver excellent housing services. With over 30 years of experience in managing homes, Pinnacle is known for putting customers at the heart of what they do. They’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your home.  

We’re proposing to choose these organisations because they share our values and are committed to putting customers first. As they’re both registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, they must meet the same standards we do.  

The share of your home that you own won’t change. You’ll continue to pay fair rent on the part you don’t own, but this will now be paid to MTD Housing.  

Your rights will stay the same, including the option to buy 100% of your home in the future. Your home will remain part of the regulated social housing sector. 

There may be changes to your insurance and management fees. These will be reviewed by the new landlord and managing agent. If any changes are needed, they’ll explain them clearly and give you plenty of notice. Any costs will be in line with market rates and focused on giving you a higher level of service and accountability. While charges may change depending on market conditions, only the actual costs can ever be passed on through service charges.
