Creating 65 new affordable homes in the Tower Hamlets community

Sanctuary is redeveloping the land between Gale Street and Watts Grove in Tower Hamlets to provide 65 affordable homes.

The development will deliver a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes and bring a long-vacant site back into use, helping to meet the need for affordable housing in the local area.

We recognise that the site has an important history within the local community and are committed to managing the redevelopment carefully, responsibly and with safety as our highest priority.
