The exterior of a social housing property

Four Million Homes is a government programme that offers free information and training on your rights as a resident and our duties as your social housing landlord.

The programme aims to give everyone who lives in social housing the chance to take an active part in how your home is managed.

The Four Million Homes website has information to guide you on issues like repairs and maintenance, antisocial behaviour and how to let us know when we don’t get things right.

There are free, monthly webinars on common problems like damp and mould where you can ask experts questions. You can also find out how to play a part in improving your neighbourhood and community.

Free training events around the country, including in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and London, will help you understand your rights and give you the chance to meet other social housing residents in your area.
