What is direct debit?
It’s the best way for you to make rent payments to Sanctuary.
The Direct Debit is set up to make payments automatically so you can have peace of mind.
All you have to do is set up an agreed amount of money and choose the best day of the month for your payment to be made.
Why set up direct debit?
- You can choose the best date for you to make a payment.
- You can choose how frequent your payments are – either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- You have more time as you don’t need to wait in a queue.
- You don’t need to worry about missing payments as they are made automatically.
Can I choose when the direct debit payments are taken?
Yes, you can choose various dates and frequencies including weekly, monthly (between 1st and 28th of the month) or quarterly.
You will be given 14 days notice to any changes in amounts and you can choose to cancel the Direct Debit at any time.
How do I set up direct debit?
Setting up a Direct Debit with Sanctuary is a simple process. You can either fill in our online form to set up a Direct Debit or call our Customer Service Centre helpline on 0800 131 3348 and one of our advisors will help you.
You will then receive written confirmation of your Direct Debit in a few days.
