Putting residents at the heart of building safety

If you live in one of our high-rise buildings in England you can now apply to be part of a new Residents’ Panel.

The Panel will make sure resident voices are heard during the development of the Building Safety Regulator.

The Building Safety Act requires the regulator to set up a panel to help shape policy and guidance. Members will have an important role in helping to decide how the building safety regime will work in the future.
