Sanctuary
We recently worked with residents in Rochford to improve their local environment.
Our event on 4 October at The Lavers was well attended, showing the power of collaboration and community spirit. We cleared gutters, tidied gardens, and redecorated the communal room.
Our Estate team followed up the next day by deep cleaning the carpets and applying the finishing touches. It was great to hear from so many customers about the issues that matter most to them, and the areas they would like us to improve.
At Romney House, a resident got in touch to ask for help replacing two large planters in the communal garden. Our teams got to work and even managed to get the materials donated.
Residents are now setting up a gardening club and discussing what to plant in that area of the garden.
