New homes delivered in Shropshire village

A £6m development of 33 new homes in the Shropshire village of Burford is now complete.

The Castle Reach development, near Tenbury Wells, has been delivered by housing provider Sanctuary, offering 10 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom homes.

Properties are available for shared ownership and affordable rent and have been built by Sanctuary’s contractor Harper Group Construction.

As well as providing new homes, the development has also supported the local Burford C of E Primary School with funding towards refurbishment work, through Sanctuary’s MORE! programme.
