The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) wants to hear what people think of its plans to introduce new tenant satisfaction measures.

These measures would help tenants hold their landlord to account by rating the standard of the services they provide.

Some of the measures would be from a survey of tenants. Others would be based upon information from the landlord.

This is part of changes to consumer regulation in England which were set out in the Government’s ‘The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper’.

You can find out more by reading about the proposals and you can have your say by filling in this online survey.

The RSH can also be contacted by email: enquiries@rsh.gov.uk.
